Our Location.

Our office is located in Macdonald Institute (MINS) 149. If you would like to meet us in person, stop by our office during OFFICE HOURS: Tuesdays 11-2pm.  Feel free to e-mail us if you can’t make it and we will get back to you with a good time to meet.

Meeting Information.

Executive Meetings take place every week, these are by invite only.  General Meetings will take place each week following the executive meeting. The general meetings are open to all HTM students.

General Meetings are held each Wednesday in MINS 101 at 5:30pm. Meetings are rarely longer than an hour in length. The HTMSA encourages all HTM students to attend.
