The first ever HTMSA charity dinner will be held March 31st in conjunction with the Advanced Restaurant Operations class (Fine Dining) at PJs Restaurant in the Atrium.

We will be supporting Everdale, a local non-profit that focuses on teaching farmers the basics of organic farming.

The cost of the dinner, a three course table d’hote menu, will be only $28.50 with all the proceeds going to Everdale. A Chef’s Table will also be available (please contact dbeirnes@uoguelph.ca for more information on that).
